I bought this item to warm baby food. It got the outside of the jar hot but the food was still cold inside. Now this is a useless item.

We purchased this product in the middle of March, and it's now April 7th and it has stopped working properly. It now doesn't use all the water to heat the bottle, and goes off half way through the heating process so I have to dump the excess water out, and since it's already heated itself up you can't use it again right away.. So I then have to use warm water from the tap to heat the bottle. I also agree with the previous posters that this bottle warmer heats inconsistantly.. Sometimes a 4 oz bottle comes out piping hot, and other times it's still cool... It's definately not worth purchasing.. Try another brand.

Please do not buy this bottle warmer. The bottles do get hot but the warmer ruins the bottles. It is hard to clean and smells like it is burning. I tried to clean the warmer as instructed but it still smells. Skip this product on your registry.

I purchased my second warmer like this about 2 months ago. We have twins, and we burnt out the first one after about 5 months, but it worked really well. I don't think it is made to run 2 cycles back to back. We bought the exact same model about 2 months ago, and this one also works well, but doesn't heat according to the chart. We find that if we use just a little less water than it recommends, the bottles are usually perfect. (Our first one seemed just the opposite, so I am guessing each device is trial & error for the first day or so.)

This bottle warmer kinda stinks! It has a mind of its own. It goes off all the time, warming when it feels like it. We'll hear it heating in the middle of the night. Which makes me nervous, being an electrical device and all. It doesn't quite heat the milk, just the bottle. The measuring lines wore off on the cup and the warmer gets build up on it quickly and needs to get cleaned often. Unless you have perfect water with no particles.

i just bought this item today (my baby doesn't arrive until august) and decided to try it out before committing to it. the measurement-time to heat ratio on the instructions is very general. You kind of have to play around with it to figure out how much water to put in and how long it will take to heat. However, one of the pros is that it does heat very quickly. I used a glass bottle and had no issues. you definitely need to watch this warmer.

I think a lot of people expect perfection out of these things and it's a man-made electrical device which in and of itself just can't be perfect. As opposed to using the old fashioned bottle in a pot, I think this is a quick and useful alternative.

I got it on sale bc it was repackaged, I even asked them if anything was wrong with it and they said no! I ended up loosing my receipt and now I'm mad at myself for that. The instructions talk bout "Red Light" which I have yet to see! All we get is green light. It doesn't beep or anything, so I never know when it's done...Also, it gets TOO hot, so the only thing it's good for is to sterilize pacifiers. I wish I wasn't so cheap at the time and spent more money on a different one instead of wasting money on this one.

Do not use this item if you use Playtex Ventaire Natural-Shape Bottles. The bottle warmer has ruined several of mine and they are not cheap!

This has been an awesome product! It does have different settings for different size bottles/ hot or cold water. It comes with the little blue thing in the front and it has different letters for you to fill the water to. It also has a guide that sits on the back showing what you need to fill it to. It heats a bottle in just a few minutes and is the perfect temperature! I love it!
