I have done a lot of baking over the years, and these are the best cookie sheets I've ever used. The cookies baked perfectly and slid off the non-stick pan without greasing it. Also, the loaf pans truly are non-stick and the bread was a perfect golden brown.

I purchased these pans, took them out of the box, and washed them in preparation for their first use. I washed them the way the instructions said is safe. Before I even used them once, they rusted. DO NOT buy ANY bakeware set if the corners are curled over. Check this before wasting your money on any brand. Curled over corners mean that the non-stick coating isn't down in the cracks, cracks that water gets trapped in. Trapped water = rust. Eventually the rust will eat through the metal and make holes in your pans, not to mention getting rust in your food.
These pans are heavy enough and cook food very well. They heat up evenly.They are easy to clean. The only bad thing about them is the rust

I received these as a gift for our housewarming and I was very impressed with them! The cookies come right off the pan. I am looking forward to making muffins in the muffin pan and making a meat loaf in the loaf pan that I don't have to scrap to get clean!

I received this bakeware set as a wedding gift and I am so in love with it! Every piece is truly non-stick just like it says on the box! I have never had to use cooking spray with any of the pans. I made muffins and they came right out! You can't go wrong with Kitchen Essentials by Calphalon! I have a cookie sheet set and a stainless steel cookware set by them and they are all very High- Quality!
