For my older child I had a glide and swing from Another retailer, which we loved. (But it broke) so I received this as a shower gift for my second child. My two year old LOVES the toddler convertable seat in this swing, and my 3 month old loves this swing. It was Very easy to assemble. I am mechanically challenged, but I put this swing together in about 15 minutes (by following the directions) all by myself, while I was still very pregnant! It is also a great swing to have if you have a small house or limited space! The removeable seat feature is wonderful! I carry my daughter all over the house in this, thus eliminating a second item lying around (bouncy seat). I was also pleasantly surprised at how well it has held up! My two year old constantly stops the swings while it is in motion, to play with the baby. But it hasn't seemed to bother the battery operated mechanism in the least. I was initially concerned about how many batteries we would be forced into buying...but my 3 month old is in the swing for long periods of time throughout the day (and one night almost all night long!) and we have yet to replace the original batteries! Over all I would rate this swing VERY high compared with my other swing experieces!

I overall like this swing. My son is 7 weeks old and due to the sides of the seat being so open he gets his hands stucks in the openings on the sides and we have to move them. I like the fact that it will grow with him though.

Very cute. Excellent quality and durable. Love how it has many uses. I'm surprised it doesn't cost more. I love the design almost retro.

I got this swing for my son and he loves it. I also love how it can grow with him. The way you can take it off the stand and move it to another room is great. I bring him everywhere with me. It was also very easy to assemble. It took me about 20 minutes but that was with me tending to 3 kids and not having anyone helping me. I highly recommend this swing to anyone.

I really like this product for the most part.
It's a lot nicer than the travel swings for sure. The nice part about having a rocker/infant seat and a swing function is that if baby gets bored with one thing you can move on to another. It's cheaper than buying a rocker and swing separately and it saves space.

Pros:
Multiple functions, saves space.

Cons:
-should have a larger range of speed choices for the swing. I find the swing goes a little fast for my little guy but it still does the job.
- the toy bar is not ideal. There has to be a better way to hang the toys and make them removable. My little guy has been able to get his hands on the toy bar and yank it right off since he was 2 months old. It might work better if it clicked in and you had to push a button or something to release it.

I like the way the swing looks and all the functions it has but I will tell you this thing is hard to put together. People warn you that putting the crib together is hard or scary...this one took us double the time to put together....but once it was together it is really really nice.

The seat back is up too high for a newborn, which is disappointed as I would like to be able to swing my baby to sleep. I will have to wait until he is a little older to use it-- maybe at 2 or 3 months. There are only two swing settings as well, but I knew that upon purchasing. Even the lowest setting seems a bit fast, but maybe that's just my perception.

Overall, I still really appreciate that it converts to other things and grows with my baby. It is also very good quality, so I feel it was still a worthwhile purchase.

My husband and I swore we wouldn't buy a million gadgets that require batteries as our arms would be more comforting and allow for more closeness. Well, we caved when we realized that our son required constant movement. We picked out this swing, which matches our bouncer we received as a shower gift. Though it was a little frustrating to put together - the screws wouldn't thread easily - it was assembled rather quickly and the first time our son gave it a try he was sleeping in less than 5 minutes! I find it much more effective than rocking him in his car seat - how boring that must be for a 3 month old! AND...we can make dinner with all hands free and I got to sleep in this morning!

My mother-in-law bought this swing for my daughter. At first, I wasn't so sure of the swing becuase it forces a newborn to sit up pretty straight, but a blanket tucked around her solved that and now that she is 3 months old, she loves being able to sit up so straight!
I don't love the music, but I usually play other music on the stereo for her when she is rocking anyway.
I love that this will grow with her and not be obsolete in a few months! Great product!!
