We play multiple games of bocce ball every year, as our family has a tournament during the family reunion. When I married into said family, we registered for this as a wedding present. It is great! This is a heavy, high quality set. I only have two small complaints (hence the 4 stars instead of 5). 1: The carrying case is nice, but I wish there was more support so the bocce balls stay packed and in position like they came. The cardboard doesn't support it after a day or so. 2: This one is just me being picky, but the color of the palino is bright yellow, kind of makes it look like you are playing with a little kids' set. Other than that a great set and a GREAT wedding present, it even helped me win the trophy for the 3rd year in a row now!!

Two of the balls broke after only a handful games. They broke so bad that they are no longer usable. Expensive set, poor quality.

Nice set except for poor quality ceramic ball covering. We have used our set maybe 10 times and are very disappointed that one of the balls broke. Sportcraft who is the manufacture of this set sells replacement balls and were able to order an other ball for $plus shipping. Hopefully our experience is not a common issue with this set.
