I purchased this giftcard through my cousin's Target.com baby registry 10/28/09. I received an email stating the card had shipped that same day. As of yesterday, 11/17/09, she still hadn't received it. The card was sent via USPS; and though the Registry did not reveal the mailing address due to privacy, my California cousin confirmed the address was correct. When I contacted target.com, I was given the option to replace the card or receive a refund. My credit card will be credited within 10 business days. That's my story.
