I created a decorative storage area in my living room using 8 different cubes, two of them were the shelves. Putting one together doesn't take long but when I put 8 of them together it took 4-5 hours. Combining all the units into one big unit was the most difficult part because of the flimsy plastic "screws" to hold them together. I connected them all together, which injured my fingers because of all the prying and pushing on those stupid screws, and then had to push it back against the wall. The cubes are just too heavy and between my husband and I we pushed it back to the wall but all the screws holding the cubes together came off which extremely frustrated me. So of course the top of the organizational area is uneven because the backings came undone from each other so now I have to buy a runner to hide the unevenness. Looks nice but is just a lot of work.

I was really surprised at how easy this was to put together!! I didn't have to use a screw driver or anything! And I was able to do it alone in a matter of minutes. My only complaint is that pieces used to connect multiple units were pretty flimsy and disappointing and I wound up having to affix velcro to the units in order to keep them from sliding around while stacked. But overall I'm pleased, and I plan on purchasing more of these units for storage of my kids toys/seasonal clothing items, etc.

I searched and searched for a storage system for my home office. I loved the way the itso storage system looked and could be adapted to fit into any space. I purchased 5 cubes and a double cube with a door along with several of the beige canvas baskets. The baskets were adorable! I went to put together 1 first cube and as I did so a BIG chunk of the wood fell off. I went on to the next one. It went together fine, but when I went to put my baskets in it the shelves were crooked due to the placing of the holes in the cube! My 3rd one went together fine, but the quality was so poor I didn't dare put anything too heavy on it. When assembling the 4th one, more pieces of pressed wood started flying. At this point I just stopped and thought about all the money I paid for this is a piece of JUNK! I boxed it all up and took everything back. I was bummed to let go of the cute baskets, but glad to have my money back. Hopefully Target and Sauder can come up with a better quality product.

I constructed many of these cubes for two pieces of custom furniture in my bedroom. Some cubes I used the shelf, others I left it out so that I could store larger books. They've worked out GREAT. They look good, and most importantly, they're much sturdier than I expected them to be. I'm hooked!

I bought different itso pieces to create some bedroom furniture and I am in love with them. Sure, they aren't the highest quality but they were cheap and seriously SO EASY to assemble. I put together about four pieces in less than an hour. I am so happy I purchased this.

I purchased two of these to stack, plus the legs and fabric bins to serve as extra storage in our son's nursery. They are really easy to put together (I did need a hammer to gently tap in the plastic pins in that hold the back piece on, but other than that, no issues). The little plastic tabs that are supposed to hold the stacked pieces together are flimsy (otherwise, I'd give 5 stars), but I just used a couple pieces of double stick tape between the two units to keep them from shifting. Overall, the construction of the cubes is very sturdy, and the finish is very nice, especially for the price.

I love this Itso line. It's very easy to build, looks fantastic, sturdy, very cute style. Perfect size and the maple wood laminate looks really nice. Now we just need more color options in the fabric/canvas drawers - PINK!

Arrived dented, chipped and scratched. I am only keeping it because all the defects just happen to be on the undersides and back. Plus, it is more trouble to exchange/return than just keeping it. Redeems itself by fitting where I need it to fit.

I have to say, it's very small for some $ , but i was able to put it together within 10 minutes, and except for a hammer (but you could use any blunt object, like a rock) it requires no tools! Very beautiful too. I don't know how long it will last, but I am very very happy with this itso, and it's making me look at other reasons to buy the other ones for other parts of the house =D
