1/2-ct. Diamond Stud Earrings in 14K White Gold product details page

I'm not a diamond connaisseur by any measure but i am particular. after looking at a lot of earrings in person and online i have to say these seem to be a great value. other reviews made me fearful of what would actually arrive but with the returns policy i figured it was worth the risk. they look great.

??????? You are buying 1/2 total weight diamonds for $..., which clearly specifies they are an I3 in clarity. You got what you paid for and what was specified. Google the 4 C's of diamonds if you don't fully understand diamond quality.

While the size of these is fine, the clarity is terrible.The stones are cloudy and being set in white gold makes them look milky white. The photo shows that these stones don't have the fire of better diamonds, but I might have kept them, if they even looked as good as the photo!Don't waste your time or money on these.

just recieved the ear rings today, total dispointment, the diamond is soo cloudy it look almost white. i returned the rings right after i opened the box.

Certainly didn't get any bargain with this one but too late to return before Christmas. If this was 1/3 carot t.w. I think you'll need a magnifying glass for anything smaller. Very cloudy and quite a disappointment.

I wasn't sure how I3 diamonds appear. Now I know -- lots of large black grains in them. While the written classification was correct, the picture does not represent the product. Needless to say, I promptly returned the earrings.

Great price but bad quality, one diamond was clouded looking.

That's why you pay attention to the clarity - I2-I3 is as low quality as they come! What did you expect, paying $200 for diamonds of that size?? Of course they're going to have very noticeable inclusions!!

I received these 1/2 ct. diamond.... earrings in the mail and thought I was imagining the fact that these earrings looked fake and cloudy. I wore them in several types of lighting and never saw a sparkle. My friends also agreed that fake diamonds would look better than these earrings. I am returning them this week. [...] I do not recommend this purchase.

How embrassing that I had to give these to my Mom for Christmas and then take them back! I wanted her to have something to open but I am returning them - I'm sure anything else I find will be better! Full of specks - no sparkle, cheap setting.... I could go on and on......
