This book is awesome! You don't have to run to the store for all the fancy stuff because most you will have in the cupboard. Very easy recipes, and very tasty too. I bought this as a gift along with the Hamilton Beach Panini Maker/Grill. The recipient couldn't be happier.

This colorful, simple, straightforward cookbook is perfect for anyone who loves a great panini. So many recipes to choose from, including your basic mozzarella, tomato and basil, to the elegant Roast Beef Panini with Olive Tapenade, to the out-of-the-ordinary Turkey and Brie Panini with Mushroom Pesto. There's even a chapter for kids! It also includes recipes for all the suggested condiments, for the freshest homemade taste. This is by far the best panini cookbook out there.
