I have been using this product since my neurologist invented this headache reliever. I keep three in my freezer door pockets and rotate them while I have a migraine (you can just buy extra gel packs). By my recommendation a decade ago, the stitching was improved and my new bands have lasted forever. The gel packs can leak after a few years--I reseal the edges in my food saver machine, but you can buy 3 extra gel packs for 9.99. We call it my "headache helmet" and it looks silly while wearing it, but coming from someone who has 20 plus migraines a month it is a godsend!!!

I have three currently and rotate them as they warm. I keep them in my fridge and they are a real lifesaver when you have a migraine. Between the coolness of the gel paks and the pressure from the band. it works wonders. I highly recommend this product for everyone that suffers from migraines. I wish it came in children's sizes.
