Love the chairs, and they should have been easy to assemble. Assembly wasn't ghastly, but the legs for each chair were not bent quite properly, so trying to get a plastic washer, a spring washer, a flat washer, and a nut onto a very short bolt -the right length once it's all assembled- meant I had to really wrestle with one of the chairs. Another hand would help, since if the chair is upright so the bolt stays in from the top, the washers have to be held from underneath while holding down th e bolt so all washers and nut will go on. Reverse the chair so washers will stay on and the bolt drops out. One little trick that I think helped was to not tighten the center bolt quite completely. This allows some play in the legs as you attach the seat. Just don't forget to go back and tighten it down.

These chairs are easy to assemble. I bought them online because they were exactly what I was looking for and were a fraction of the cost from the designer showrooms.

I purchased the chairs with a good price and and it arrived as plan. However, the first chair set up just fine and the second chair would not set up properly.The legs wobbled back and forth. The chairs did have a yellowish hue around the edges. But for the price i was ok with it. [...]

these were a great deal on sale! shipping took a while as they were back ordered. assembling the chairs was pretty easy once we orientated the seat piece in the correct position. was a bit disappointed because the edges of the chair have a yellowish hue all around. also discovered this morning that the black plastic nubs on the feet leave marks on the tiled floor. and there was a lot of static once you get up fromt he chair. not sure if we'll be keeping them.

I purchased 4 of these chairs. There was a set of instructions with each chair and 3 of the 4 instructions were missing key pages in the middle. The one good set that I had walked me through the first chair and the rest were pretty simple to do after that. So easy that my 5 year old was actually able to help at one point. Sadly, one of the chairs does have a problem keeping the main center support screw in the bottom of the chair so I cannot use it and will be returning that chair. It seems th e threading isn't compatible with the screw for that one chair for some unknown reason. The other 3 chairs are fine so far. As a point to keep in mind, the backs to these chairs are NOT very sturdy. It is hard plastic but the back flexes as you lean back. I thought it was just me because I am a 240lb guy but the same happens when people half my weight and less sit in the chairs so it's basically just a matter of how it is constructed. Really, it's just something to get used to.

I ordered 2, so excited to use these at my dining room table. They arrived and you have to assemble the two aluminum chairs togehter, then attach to the clear chair. Followed instructions, then had another friend do them with me, spent 30 min - 1 hour, and when assembled, the legs were uneven by a good 1/2 an inch. Rocked back and forth. The legs were poorly designed and did not enable balanced legs to sit on the floor. Acrylic chair did look nice and study though. Also annoying was that I had to carry the heavy package back to a [...] store to return. Boo.

These acrylic chairs are pretty awesome! I was so excited to see them for such a great price, and they did not disappoint. These chairs were delivered much earlier than I expected, and didn't take too long to put together. The thickness of the acrylic is also very impressive. The only flaw I discovered was in the washers used to fasten the seat to the frame. Two of them had smaller holes than the screws provided, so I continued to assemble without them. Overall a great product, and I would high ly recommend .
