These cookie sheets are a kitchen treasure that needs to be cared for as so. My cookies bake evenly, so they taste great and look great as well. I wash my cookie sheets by hand being careful to clean only the top. I will cherish these for years.

The best baking sheet ever! The folks who left negative reviews probably didn't read the INSTRUCTIONS before they washed this pan. The instructions specifically say: "DO NOT PUT IN THE DISHWASHER". The air holes that are on the one side of the pan will indeed collect water on the inside of the pan. This pan must be hand-washed and NOT emerged into a sink full of water. I handwash my pans with a soapy sponge and then rinse. After drying my pans, I turn the pan upside down on a towel wi th the air holes facing the bottom, and allow any excess water that may have gotten inside the pan to drian. I have been using these pans since they first came out, and I have never had a problem. Other family members have also used these pans, they never had a problem either. And yes, you will have a problem if you put them in a dishwasher or soak them in water. The INSTRUCTIONS with these pans were meant to be READ and FOLLOWED by the manufacturers suggestion!! If not, then you will have a problem!! Also, if you bake the refrigerator cookies on these pans, I noticed that they need a few extra minutes.These pans are so gentle and the best baking pans that I own. I have given several as gifts, and everyone just loves them. Thank you AirBake for this great invention!!

I bought this cookie sheet in hopes to find a replacement for my wilton ones since they are old and ready to go! Well, I got two and only opened one to test it out just in case I had to return one. I bake atlease once a week, so I wanted to make sure it passed the test.When I baked on it, the cookies didnt burn, just like it said, but instead, it browns the whole cookies and not just the little bit on the sides, which isnt bad but you really have to keep an eye on them. You cant just go by the little browning on the very edge of the cookie like most people do. Also, another thing I noticed is that they spread more than my wilton ones. I baked some cookies on my wilton sheets to compare and sure enough, the airbake ones spread more. Not by much, but enough that I could tell the difference.So all in all, the sheet is ok and great for the holiday baker, but if you bake alot, I would probably reccomend getting a little better quality ones. I most likely will be returning the one I didnt open.

The first time i washed the sheet it got water in it, which was not a problem as there is a layer of air, so i followed the drying instructions and the water was gone.Second time i used this sheet, the two layers began to expand so that the sheet looked as if it was about to explode. I travel for a living so this second use was almost an entire year later, so you can't tell me the water was still in there.This pan is dangerous, and i would not recommend it or any of the wearever airbake product s to anyone.If there was an option for zero stars, that's what i would have chosen.

I bought two of these cookie sheets a few years ago and they worked wonderfully for a long time, because I was hand washing them. My grandmother offered to help with dishes a few times and put them in the dishwasher, after that the sheets were ruined. Cookies would no longer set on the bottom and were impossible to remove from the pan (even with cooking spray) because water got into the air chamber. Buyer beware claims of these sheets being dishwasher safe, otherwise they work great with hand w ashing only.

I love this cookie sheet so much that I stopped using the other 3 that I already had and use only this one. It can hold 16 cookies nicely and I have never had a burning issue. I plan on getting more since waiting for one pan to finish takes awhile.

I got this for my wedding and it makes PERFECT cookies! It's a good size for 16 cookies (4x4), but that depends on how big you like to make yours. Super non-stick surface, and even baking. I'm going back for another one!
