These chairs are great. They have clean lines, a great antique finish, and most importantly they are sturdy. You can really tell the quality just by their weight. I would recommend to anyone.

These chairs are sturdy and heavy duty with a nice black finish. The antiquing looks dark brown in areas and is very subtle. Great chairs for the price.

The chairs arrived securely wrapped and protected. My husband was able to put the chairs together very quickly and they are being used along with the 2 original chairs that I purchased from Target several years ago. I love the table and the 2 chairs, but as our family has grown, so has our need for more seating space. The 2 new chairs look great and are an exact match of the other 2. I highly recommend these chairs. You can use them in a formal or informal setting.

I ordered two sets to finish off my dining room. They look great, they are sturdy and comfortable. They were not difficult to put together and the shipping was very quick. They look and feel like a much more expensive chair. I couldn't be happier. I might order a couple spare's for holiday gatherings.

These are not free, but still a great value. They look terrific. Assembly takes some time, but isn't brain surgery. I have 12 -- 8 for the dining room and 4 for the kitchen. Sturdy! I'm very happy with this purchase!

This is the second time I have bought these chairs. One broke after a few years but this was probably due to our teenage son leaning back in it. I have enjoyed them so much I didn't hesitate to order more to replace the broken one. I am just glad Target still had them.

After redoing our kitchen with new cabinets and granite countertops last summer, I bought these chairs to go with an old wood table for a "modern farmhouse" look. I am so very happy with them! Not only do they look great, but they're very sturdy and durable. We have two kids (8 and 5) and a very active Beagle puppy. I love the fact that the chairs can take a messy eaters and dog paws and clean up beautifully. They don't scratch easily and don't require too much dusting either - I thin k it must be because they are stained and have a bit of a rustic finish (but not too rustic) instead of a glossy finish. I would definitely recommend these chairs to a friend.The price is great, too! I'd been considering similar chairs from another store, but just one of their chairs cost more than 2 of these! And top it off with free shipping. A really good deal!

I've had these for about two weeks and they are fabulous. They are exactly what I was looking for, for way less than other stores charge. These chairs are stained, which wears much better than painted. Keep that in mind when you are comparing with others. I almost bought the other xback chairs from target that were cheaper, but decided to go with these because they're stained, and I am so glad I did. I also have stained bar stools from Target that have held up fantastically over the past four y ears. Shipping was super quick as always, and putting them together was about 1/2 hour per chair. I did have problems with one screw not going in, but overall assembly was a breeze. You will LOVE these chairs!!!
