I typically LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Apple products and I'm usually OK about paying higher prices for well-designed and great products. That said tho' I did 'spring for' their high-end Apple In-Ear Headphones at [...] and while the whole aesthetic is excellent as usual, the white, replacement ear-buds keep falling off in my ear, in the car every time I use them! I hate to dislike a well-designed product, but it seems like this aspect of this product wasn't tested enough before it was introduced to mark
et.
The headphones themselves might be pretty good, soundwise, but the inline control unit has become infamous due to its susceptibility to moisture, which causes the the unit to play erratically or quit altogether. Google "shuffle headphones sweat" and see for yourself. So they're fine if you never use them when you might get sweat on the control unit, which, quite handily, is located on the cable close to one of the earbuds, where it is sure to dangle against your sweaty neck.
These in-ear headphones have very good sound quality, especially for in-ear headphones, and are very comfortable. The design and remote are great and the case is a nice touch. I would expect nothing less from Apple. Works great with my 2nd Generation iPod Touch.
What the person in the other review didn't realize is that the remote is attached to the headphones. It is very small and can pause, play, fast forward, rewind skip through songs and take voice memos. Theses also have a woofer and tweeter with enhance treble and bass. These are some of the best in ear head phones you can get for the price. They last for a long time and they are very high quality just don't let them come in contact with water/humidity. This will eventually loosen the glue holdin
g the speaker to the base of the headphone. Go to [..] and look at the reviews of this product there they are much better and it got 4/5 stars from apple customers. Also you will find more information there on this great product.
I received the package opened, the headphones did not even fit into the case, there was no remote, and the quality was worse than my low cost headphones. I am disappointed Apple!!! Don't waste your money!
