I use this primarily while at the gym, and so far I love it. I don't use the Apple headphones due to, in my opinion, poorer sound quality. Personally I prefer [Brand].

This is my first iPod anything, and i must admit, I'm happy with it. I've previously owned other MP3 players and they have all worked equally as well. Very small and very light and works great. The only downfall i have found with this is the headphones that came with it. Sound comes through with static and ruins the sound quality. I had to switch to one of my previous earphones to fully appreciate the music.The FM radio is also perfect. You have the ability to pause live radio which is great wi th my lifestyle. In addition, you can mark songs you hear on the radio and later find them in iTunes and get them. Which is another feature I love.Be weary to those who are new to technology with internal memory. If an item is advertised as XXGB, expect to loose anywhere of 7% - 14% of that memory to its operating system. This also applies to this device. I bought the 16GB model and only get 14.2GB for music/photos.
