I am really happy with this purchase. Having the Nook has opened me up to reading more which is a good thing. The features on this tablet are great. One thing that I notice is that the internet doesn't work as well as I think it should. I suppose that on the Nook Tablet that feature is better. I also wish that I would've waited 2 months for the Nook Tablet 8GB to come out. My limit on a tablet purchase was [...] dollars so I went with the Nook Color. Either way I don't regret purchsing it. One day I hope to upgrade to the Tablet. For [...] dollars this is a great reader with lots of value.

I have one that I got when they first came out in November. I do like it. If you are thinking of buying one. Target is the place to go. I purchased mine from [...] less than 4 weeks ago and they refuse to price match. Stick with Target....you'll get good service.

My husband got me this for our anniversary, its awesome. its basically a tablet with a good ereader. if you are looking for something worth your money but you want to use it to read mainly this is good. you can listen to music while you read, if you like that kinda thing. and it has Kid story books that read to you. Im subsrcibed to National Geographic and the pictures on it are amazing. You can view PDFs on it as well. it reads .EPUB files among others. [...] Of course this is going to eat up more battery because of the backlight and all of the graphics, thats to be expected but it lasts me all day. I just turn off the WiFi to save battery. Its fast internet too. Would recommend this to everyone!

I got my nook for my birthday and I keep it with me 24/7. I love it. I do everything on it even homework and was also able to attend a class semiar on it, WOW! It had the able to interact in the semiar as well. I'm on it so much my husband gets jealous. I highly recommend it to everyone and plan to get my daughter the nook tablet for christmas.

I am not very tech savvy at all. I am usually the last person to buy all the fancy gadgets because I'm so easily intimidated. I was very pleasantly surprised with this Nook. Straight out of the box, it was very simple to understand and use. After charging for a few hours, I was good to go. Internet was a breeze although it's not very practical. I really only bought it for games and reading. There is a very nice assortment of books available and games, too. I installed Angry Birds, and d ownloaded about 10 classics to begin with. It only took a few seconds for them to install. I love it. With all the different tablets out there, I really didn't know which one to go for. The free [$] Target GiftCard helped me make the choice. I don't know why I waited so long to get one.
