I bought it because it had good reviews, but it was a big mistake. I only had it for 1 month before it started to malfunction. It leaves dirt all over the place. it kicks it back out. I had it cleaned and it still doesn't work. Don't waste your money on such garbage. Spend money on something that will really work and not make your life more miserable.

So, I read the reviews of people here and went off to my local target to buy a different vac. They didn't have a huge selection and this one was[$] . Was very wary but needed to replace my vac that gave out and didn't want to spend a fortune. This Vac exceeded my expectations. I fully expected to have to return it but it is great. Suction is better than my old 17amp Hoover. As far as the filters are concerned I will have to wait and see but so far so good. People posting about bad suction eithe r didn't set it up right or are lying. As for it tipping over, well, that is what uprights do if you are a moron. If you don't want an upright to tip over, buy a canister vac. The hose could be a little longer but that is not a deal breaker. I only use that to get under areas close buy or suction the edge of carpet at my base boards...again, if you want a long hose, buy a canister vac. And the hose is flexible...not sure why anyone would write otherwise. Super impressed so far.

This vaccuum has been terrible since the day I bought it. Even a piece of thread of the carpet is to much for it. I have tried everything to get this to work to no avail. If you own pets, or might possibly have dirt on the carpet that needs cleaning- stay away from this product!!

There is not one positive thing to say, but here are the main problems. 1. The attachment hose has essentially no suction. You have to push around pieces of fuzz with the end of the hose to get them to be sucked into it. 2. the bagless system needs emptied after every room since much of the dirt goes in the filter compartments, so no more dirt gets sucked up. You have to clean out the filter areas before you can go to the next room. 3. The washable filter clogs quickly needing washed frequentl y. You wash it, wait a day for it to air dry, put it back in and when you run the vacuum the smell it gives off for the next week is terrible! DO NOT BUY THIS VACUUM!!! [...].

This vacuum was awful! We used it twice and the belt on it broke so the brush wouldn't spin.[...]

belt broke first day, bearings went out of roller bar, smells hot, tips over, short hose, junk junk junk! If I could not put a star, there wouldn't be any there.

I never write reviews, but I was so disappointed in this vac, I didn't even finish vacuuming the whole house before I returned it. The suction was good, so good it pulled the fibers out of the carpet and then I had dustballs of carpet fur that the vacuum wouldn't pick up from the hardwood floor. I spilled some dry spices on my kitchen hardwood, so went to vacuum up and it sucked up some but blow around alot and I felt like I had more mess on the floor then when I began. I was totally bummed ca use I needed a new vacuum cleaner. I was happy that target had no problem with me returning it.

I have a dog & two cats, we live in a studio apt w/mostly wood floors. I tend to vacuum several times a week so I got this quick & lightweight vacuum. I liked that it was cheep and not to complicated, but every time I used the hose/tools the thing would tip over on me. I can't count the bruises from how often this thing attacked me. I ended up returning it because of this. It's a great vacuum on the carpet, and the rotating surface tool is a nice extra in this price range but if your in fear of your vacuum, well then... not amount of a "deal" if going to make the chore of cleaning fun!

I've had this for over a year and it has worked great! I replaced the filter, about 12 dollars at target, after the vacuum started making an odd noise and now it works as well as the day I bought it!
