I've only used it twice but so far I like it. It's a lot sturdier than the Shark (which only lasted me a little over a year). The only real problem I have is a few drops of water that leak out of the water chamber. It seems like it should be tighter but its not a huge deal. It still cleans great and I love washing the covers.

In a house with four active kids, this mop is a wonderful cleaning tool to have. It works great on the tile in our high traffic areas such as the main hall, the kitchen and bathrooms. It's quick and easy to use.

Cleans deep down dirt out of tile floors, works great no scrubbing , the steam does all the work for you leaving the floor looking clean and fresh.

I purchased the item to clean my laminate floors. I did not want to use any chemicals as I have a new puppy. It left the floors looking beautiful and streak-free. Heats up in seconds and gets to work. I highly recommend this steam mop for those looking for value and quality.

Unit does a very good job of mopping the floors and getting up stuck on grime.The only thing it lacks is a way to get into tight spots for edging and corners.Overall, however, it's well worth the money. Especially as a bachelor who now finds himself actually mopping!

When I first purchased the Bissell Steam Mop I was a little worried that it wouldn't do the job. BUT... this little light weight steam mop does the job and more. It's so light my arm doesn't tire from cleaning 6 rooms at a time. A full water base will last for at least a 2 room cleaning. The fact that it doesn't use any chemicals and only filtered water ensures me my pets are safe and so are my floors from discoloring. Another great benefit it that the steam kills germs, so I know my kitchen fl oor is clean enough to eat off of, as well as the area around my littler box and by my front door, all high traffic and messy areas. The pads for the mop pick up everything from human or pet hair to crumbs and are washable. A quick rinse by hand or in the washing machine does the trick. I have used and reused the same pads for over a year now and they are still as good as new! [...] Thanks to this product, cleaning has been revolutionized! I've only had a chance to test this out 1 time, but REALLY like it. My floors never felt so clean! I have hard wood floors, so was a little hesitant to use it but it dries so much faster than mopping that I don't see how it could possibly harm the floors anymore than mopping. No streaks, no water marks, they really look nice! I also tried it on the bathroom floors and WOW. Some caked on grime that seemed to be part of the floor is gone. Easy to maneuver around too. No wringing out the icky mop either!

The greatest invention in mops..Ever!! I've tried everything on the market and this works fantastic!! The steam allows for good removal of tuff stains and scuffs. Love the swivel action that allows for good manipulation while mopping. It did wonders for my tile in my foyer area, where there is a lot of heavy traffic. I would definitely reccomend this light weight, easy to use and easy to assemble product. Thank you Bissell for a wonderful product that makes mopping the floor, a whole lot easier.

I've owned this now for 2 years. I'm very happy with it; I have tile floors throughout my house and it cleans wonderfully without use of chemicals and the floor gets clean! (passes the white sock test !). My only complaint would be that it is difficult to find replacement filters- I've only found them on line and it would be nice to pick them up in a store.

I've had this for about 1 year now and absolutely love it. We have hardwood floors in several rooms and with 2 toddlers, 1 dog and 1 cat, the floors are always dirty. I vacuum first and then use this and the floors look and feel so clean (for about 2 minutes until they dry and the kids/pets get them dirty again) and I LOVE that there is no chemical smell or chemical residue. The head swivels nicely, it comes with two washable pads, the water heats really fast and it really lifts the dirt and fo od! Like some of the other reviewers, we tried many kinds of mops and other products to clean our hard floors and, finally, we found something that really works!
