Black &Decker Family-Size Griddle product details page

Well I got this for a christmas present from my sister in law, just now getting to open it bc ive been sick. Was really excited untill i opened the box and no plug came with it and no bun warmer!!! I can live without the bun warmer but no plug, and the box was never tampered with. Seriously how do you forget the most important part of the dang grill!!! must have been packaged out of the us!! Target wont exchange it bc we have no receipt even though you can see its never been used!! how do you u se it with no plug?? So mad at target and Black and decker right now,[...]

I've had this griddle for a relatively short time now but thus far it has out preformed my best expectations. The food cooks great, no sticking, it taste very good, and as an added bonus, it looks picture on the plate. Great product!!!

I've had this griddle 7 months now - it was given as a wedding present. I have used it many times and have cooked bacon, pancakes, waffles and sausage on this thing. I have never had an issue with food sticking to it. I just use Pam for the french toast and pancakes and there's never an issue. As for it cooking unevenly, yeah it does, but I've never cooked on a griddle that hasn't cooked slightly unevenly -- I must not have friends that are willing to spend [$] dollars on a stupid griddle. It' s not like the food on the inside is cooked while the outside is completely raw. This baby has been great. My only beef is that the cord is a little short and placed on the side of the griddle. I saw someone's once that had a griddle with the cord at the back and it was a lot easier for her to find space on the counter to plug it in. No real complaints though.

This is the worst kitchen appliance I have ever purchased. It doesn't heat evenly, when it heats at all, which is not very often. It is worthless. I can't believe that Target would even bother to sell it.

This griddle is awful!! We used it ONCE to make eggs and bacon and the surface was ruined. No matter how hard we scrubbed we could not get the surface cleaned. It's now in the trash!

From day one the pancakes stick no matter what you put on it. oil, butter, pam. Does not heat evenly and is just a bad product

We had recieved a Black & Decker griddle as a wedding gift in '95. We loved it, but eventually the non-stick finish was getting bad. We have had this griddle now for a couple of years. Food randomly sticks, it heats unevenly, and now the electrical cord won't plug in, so we can't use it at all. This is the 2nd Black & Decker small appliance that we loved our version from the '90s and were disappointed with the 21st century version. I'll avoid B&D now.

I love this griddle! I have 3 kids and lots of neices and nephews and I depend on those Sunday breakfasts to always include this griddle. Can hold alot of food at once and is an easy clean up!

I purchased this from Target and you only have 90 days to return it. Does not heat in the middle, pancakes which should cook are uneven in color and the middle uncookedBlack and Decker removed my review from their page. I have purchased and [....] which cooks wonderfully and thrown this one out

This griddle is horrible. I bought it because of the price and the Black & Decker name. Food sticks to it, even with Pam. I used it for the last time last night. I had to scrape my bacon off of it and cook it in a frying pan. Very disappointed. The griddle is now in the trash and I'm searching for another one.
