This is a nice light moisturizing cuticle oil. It absorbs quickly for an oil and has a beautiful light rose scent--true rose essence, not artificial or over the top. I dab on my cuticles with the applicator, rub it into my cuticles and nails, then finish off with hand cream. Keeps my healthy cuticles soft and my nails nicely moisturized. Not a heavy moisturizer so if your cuticles are badly dehydrated you will need a stronger product.
