Burts Bees Rosewater Toner product details page

I had no idea how much of a difference a toner makes during a facial regimen until I found this product. I like that it is mostly all natural and helps remove whatever is left after my cleanser especially with my oily skin. This is now part of my regular facial care!

I haven't used toner in a while but I thought it was time I started again. So I went with this and I'm glad I did. I love the smell of roses, so this is great for me. If you don't really like the smell of roses or don't really like smelly things anyway don't worry the smell doesn't linger. As soon as it dries (fast) the smell is gone. It has a nice cooling effect. I also liked when I read the bottle that if you get a little headache you can dab a little of this on your temples to calm it. I hav en't tried it yet to know if it works but it sounds like a great idea. Usually headaches require a little cooling of the head =). Oh, more importantly, I have very oily sensitive skin. This toner does not break me out.

It cools down my skin. The smell is good. But there are alcohol in it, so it stings sometimes when my skin is sensitive. Definitely not for sensitive skin.

I returned it before using any because i didn't like the way it smelled (so sorry no reviews about how it is for skin). I thought the rosewater would make it smell light and refreshing but it mostly smelled like glycerin chemical.

I love this toner because I switched the cap for a sprayer. After showers or extensive activity I'll spray face, neck, and or body for a highly refreshed and energized feeling. Smells sweet but I went through my first bottle pretty fast and didn't hessitate to buy the second. Good buy you should make.

Despite what it says on the packaging, Burt's Bees Rosewater & Glycerin Toner is great for all skin types. I actually switch between this toner and another (Avalon Organics Vitamin C Facial Toner, also available at Target), but even on those days when my skin is tired, sensitive, and sore, this toner cleans it thoroughly, yet gently, and leaves my skin feeling ready and refreshed, day or night.

I love this concoction. I have no idea why it's only recommended for mature sensitive skin, because I'm quite young with oily/combination skin and find it to be immensely useful. It's not harsh and stripping like a lot of the toners on the market and it helps your skin retain it's own moisture. The best thing though, is that it is GREAT as a makeup setting spray! It's a dupe of MAC's limited edition rosewater Fix+. I took some of this and added it to a spray bottle and sprayed it lightly over m y face, it set my makeup and gave me a dewy finish for hours.

I am a very picky skin care customer, always looking for a product that does what it claims. This is it! I use another skin regimen, but added this to it and I'm so pleased. I'm 41, an active mother of 2 small boys, and this gives me the pick-me-up I need in the middle of the day. It cleans well, smells great (it's subtle rose smell doesn't bother me and I'm sensitive to smells) and when I feel a headache coming on, I dab this on my temples and eye area and feel relief. We just moved to Texas a nd I'm excited to use this product during the blazing summer days. Put it in the fridge for an added "lift" of exhiliration. LOVE THIS STUFF!!!!!

I have been a long-time user of this toner. It is absolutely all I need. It's refreshing, cool on your skin, and gets that grime off your face when you need to quickly clean your face in the middle of the day. I have also used it before applying makeup. I'm not sure what else I could want in a toner. It's moisturizing, smells great (if you like roses), and doesn't have unnecessary chemicals. This is one of my absolute favorite Burt's Bees products.
