It's a nice piano for so cheap. The build is awesome, heavy duty plastics. The sound is okay, could sound more real. Great speakers though. Overall pretty awesome!

Boy was I surprised! I thought I was getting a small keyboard for the price. It as on sale but I never dreamed of the quality keyboard I would receive. For a 66 key board, it has a great sound and the options are too numerous to name. I was going to give this to my grandchild to learn with, but ending up keeping it for myself!

Nice starter

Wasn't sure if my daughter would really be persistent at learning so I thought this would be a good start. I was pleased with the price and pleasantly surprised by the quality.

This is an awesome keyboard, with awesome features. The only thing I don't like about it is the song book doesn't help you with playing beginner songs, but other than that I would say Casio is an amazing brand. This keyboard also can be easily turned on and off, if you are a beginner I would strongly suggest you get this keyboard.

Difficult to learn if you have never played keyboard or piano. There is only a display screen which shows you where to place your hands. It is difficult to tell where to place hands. then it is trial and error to find right key placement by pushing a key, when you finally find the right key the "demo lesson" goes to the next key. then have to count over to find the next key. It would more helpful to have a lighted keyboard or a template that you can use for beginners.

Not touch sensitive as described. TS used for touch sensitive in review due to 1000 character limit

The Casio CTK 2080 has fun teaching features and a bonus songbook. At this writing, though, the Target description says it is TS, but it is not. I tested it and read the manual which covers the 2080, 2200 and 3200. It says only the 3200 is TS. For the unfamiliar, TS means pressing keys gently is quieter and harder is louder for a more piano like feel. I play and have taught piano. I am looking for a TS keyboard for my son. May get away with using this for a while but have heard from multiple te achers that using a non TS keyboard develops bad habits. Also less fun and may discourage even someone not consciously aware. As a kid, I had a cheap keyboard I could never stand to play. I realized later it was because it was not TS. Flat volume does not sound right, and it is hard to put any feeling or expression into playing. I know TS keyboards are getting more affordable and was excited to see this model described as TS. Disappointed but not too surprised that the description was wrong.
