I have really enjoyed the music & the moves in this video. It has been a great way to return to exercising after baby number three. I like how each song targets a different area (cardio, arms, legs, etc), so that I can choose exactly what I want to work on in the often limited time frames that I have. My son also loves the rhythm & has fallen asleep many a time this way. It worked well with me wearing him in a ring sling initially, and now that he is substantially larger it works just a s well using a wrap.

Not only is this DVD actually a great workout, it makes a wonderful gift for a new mom. The music is great; there's relaxing tunes for the baby as well as fun upbeat music for the workout. It's such a great method for bonding with the baby as well as getting exercise. I've given this DVD as a gift several times and each mom has told me how much they enjoy it and how good it was for both themselves and their baby. So even if you are long past having an infant or toddler to do the workout yoursel f, give this unique gift to the new mom in your life.
MomaLovebug Jul 23, 2010
I tried this out by myself one night. My Lovebug was sleeping, and I wanted to use the DVD without her to get a feel for it. Oh did I feel it! The next day I popped my daughter into the sling before nap time, and grooved to the 35 minute workout. Not only did I feel good afterward, but my little chicken was asleep! All the movin' and groovin' lulled her to sleep. And it worked the next day, and the next. And there were even a few late nights that I turned on the sleep section of Lullaby Exercis es and held my Lovebug, danced, calming her down.In the DVD, Darcy and her workout buddies used an adjustable pouch sling. I don't have one of those, but I did try the Lullaby Exercises in every type of baby carrier I own. I didn't have an issue with any of them, so I think it's safe to say that no matter how you carry your chicken, you can move along with the exercise!
