Classic Avery Parsons Chair - Set of 2 - Brown product details page

I ordered 3 pairs[...], which is a great deal compared to similar chairs at other stores. I was surprised that they arrived already assembled - I was ready to do the tricks the other reviewers had to do to get the legs even and not wobbly. I love the color of the "leather" material. The legs are a bit orange-y but I can paint over them eventually. The chairs are a little tall for me - I'm 5ft 2in - so my legs dangle a bit, but it's no big deal. Quality seems good, but I can't comment on durability since I just got them 2 weeks ago and haven't used them much.

[...] I inspected both and found them to be well-made and without flaws. The cushioning is comfortable and they look beautiful. The only caveat is that if you're a shorty (I'm 5'2") your feet might not touch the floor if you sit all the way back. However I'm sure I'll feel comfortable sitting in them for meals at our dining room table. If we needed additional chairs I'd happily order them again; they're a great deal and look really nice.

Have had a set of these chairs for several years, and added two more to complete. Chairs are very comfortable and look great. Only negative is that they may be about an inch too short to comfortably meet counter height level.

I searched all over for leather parson's chairs that were a reasonable price, not cheap looking, and didn't have to be assembled. These won out and so far I am very happy!Many reviewers report a discrepancy between the in store versus online chairs in terms of leather and price. I'm pretty sure the online chairs are better leather and therefor the price hike. They felt much nicer and not that cheap vinyl that the in store felt like.I was debating between these and [...] chairs. The [...] Chairs were a bit less expensive but they had to be assembled. Target had a sale and I was able to get these at the same price. I purchased 8[...]! They look great with my Farmhouse table and are very comfortable to sit inOne of my chairs arrived broken. Target was very easy about the return. I had to return two, even though one was fine because they are purchased as a pair. It was fine, the new chairs arrived perfectly.

Wanted this and waited, and thought and waited. Wow- I got one and love it. Great chair. Was on sale in the store. It says leather, but it's BONDED LEATHER. I expected that from Target, its bonded, which is up to 70% polyvinyl chloride. But it's worth it, actually hold up better in the long run. Looks great.

[other] quality and looks at a Target price... Excellent color and craftmanship... Quality was consistant in all elements of all chairs.

I bought one of these at the store and they said the were discontinuing them. On the tag it says leather chair but on the shelf the tag says bicast leather chair which I think is more accurate. Bi cast leather is a thin layer of leather covered with a vinyl layer. So you really are sitting on vinyl. On the Target website it says 100% leather. It really shouldn't say that if it isn't.

I found these chairs on line and they measured out perfectly for our table. I went to our local store and found a few there. There were a little beat up so I ordered 6 of them from Target.com and they arrived in just a little over a week! They came in perfect condition and so comfortable! I absolutely love them. They dress up our dinning area but aren't too stiff at all. A great purchase and I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a dark chocolate leather chair. The leather is soft er than some of the other furniture stores we looked at too, while the seat is more cushioned. All in all a great selection if you aren't looking to break the bank.

After sitting in these chairs in the store and watching for a sale I checked out the reviews on line and decided to order 4 of these. I have an antique table and these chairs look great with it. I also have a 6 year old and an 8 year old and these are easy to clean and very comfortable. I also am happy that they came assembled and ready to use. The fact that they are leather and not faux leather contributes to my 5 star review. As always Target's quality made it an easy decision to order.

I wanted real leather chairs; I don't like bicast leather. These chairs are everything Target said they'd be. They're very durable (don't ask me how I know) and they look amazing with my dining room table. I bought them to replace some cheap chairs that fell apart shortly after purchasing them. I was a little skeptical at first, but now that I've had them for almost a year, I feel good about giving these chairs my "thumbs up". You won't regret this purchase. I bought 6 of them.
