I bought this umbrella either 2 or 3 seasons ago and used it religiously. I walked to work everyday in downtown Philadelphia and this umbrella allowed me to see oncoming traffic, not hit other pedestrians, and stay completely dry. Only once did it pop inside out and I was able to quickly fix it. To my surprise, there wasn't a single rip!!! I'm buying myself a new one because I lost the last one in a cross country move.

While this umbrella is a manual, I still love that I can walk down a sidewalk fully encased and my umbrella is never in anyone's way. Totally worth it! LOVE

This umbrella is adorable. It's really big and provides full coverage around you. My only complaint is that I wish it was thicker plastic material for durability.

Very flimsy plastic that quickly got holes in it from being in the back of the car, but the shape is really great for rain protection. Also, easy to see thru when umbrella is pulled down low. For the price not bad, but don't expect to last more than a season

Purchased 2 for my children - I owned something similar one as a child and wanted an umbrella that allowed them to see where they are going when they walk to school, especially near traffic. These umbrellas offer great visibility, but they are not particularly well made. I noticed yesterday that one of the ribs had broken - you can still pop it back in place when the umbrella is open, but you can see where the other joints are beginning to break down. Am not sure how many ribs can break before the umbrella becomes unusable (we'll know soon). We've owned for about 4 months, used half a dozen times. It's a shame because the clear bubble is a terrific design - but I wouldn't buy again unless it had a disposable price to match.

Athough the idea is great, because it shouldn't turn inside out like the more flat style umbrellas, I only wish the materials that this umbrella is made out of would be of a heavier quality. I don't know how long this one will last but a sturdier one would last longer. [...]

This umbrella is both sturdy and cute. It makes me feel better than everyone else with boring, opaque umbrellas. I also like how it stops the rain from touching me.

Although the plastic seems a little thin, this umbrella has kept its shape through harsh Boston winds without problem, and because it's clear, I can pull it down close to my head while still seeing my surroundings. It's also very pretty.

I like this umbrella except for the handle. I didn't realize from the picture that the handle was two different colors. They sprayed the part of the handle that attaches to the rest of the umbrella (probably so you can't see the hardware inside the handle), but left the rest of it clear. It looks really weird, especially on the one I got where the spray paint went all the way down to the curved part of the handle, and the edge was at an angle. I am returning it.
