Bought this lantern at the local Target store for a Memorial Day camping trip. We used this as our hanging lantern inside the tent and it is great. The light that it produces is not like your typical LED light. It casts a wide area of light that enables you to see inside the entire tent. We bought a D ring carabiner to hang this overhead in the tent for an area light and it worked great. It's very lightweight and compact. Nice bonus is that the BATTERIES ARE INCLUDED.
