Love this cup. I recommend it to anyone who loves hot tea. Also any beverage....Better than any cup I have owned in the past.

This cup is amazing!!! I recently began drinking loose leaf tea and was searching for a cup that I could travel and enjoy my tea in. I purcahsed this cup when it was on clearance thinking it was going to be a cup I'd use a few times and then through it away. When I got it, I was pleasantly surprised to find it was a VERY sturdy cup, and that it did exactly what it said it would. It kept my tea hot for an extremely long time. The only down side is that it's not microwave safe so when I'm at work and want to reheat my tea I didn't finish I have to find another cup to reheat it in which is why I gave it only 4 stars. Other than that the cup is amazing and well worth every penny!

I am a total tea addict...and i spend a lot of time in the car or work...i can say without hesitation that this mug changed my life!!! With other mugs I had to wait until tea was ready, or else, it usually got bitter or too strong. The fact that the tea basket is on top of this mug makes it easy to fill it up or turn it around (never leaks!) to steep tea, and then after a few drinks, it is away from water so no oversteeping!I can put boiling water in it and it never gets too hot to hold.I am am azed that i got it from Target for 1/5th of the price they sell it in other sites!A must if you love tea on the go!!!!

The basket could be designed a little better and the mug only keeps the tea hot for about an hour; otherwise it's a very good product. It's easy to clean and the basket has not leaked leaves (so far). It's a great replacement for a travel tea mug I paid a lot more money for, which only works half as well.

I got this as an impulse buy, as I tend to forget my travel mug and need new ones. This one is amazing, I am able to take out the little tea strainer if I want coffee, or use it to seep my own tea. Finally able to take loose leaf to go.Plus it looks cool and doesnt leak. A winner in my opinion.

this is the best item a tea drinker can have i so enjoy when i am on the road its so hard to find places that offer tea, so to have my special blend with me for my pleasure in my travel mug makes me a happy traveler.

Overall, I like this product and it's appealing design but there are a few improvements that could make it even better:- The loose tea filter could be a little longer so that you don't have to fill the cup to the max if you don't want that much tea- Doesn't keep liquids very hot for very long- It's a little too wide to fit in my car cup holder

This mug came highly reccommended by a co-worker, so when I found it at Target on-line for only ($$$) I thought, I should give it a try! I ordered one for myself and one for my daughter who also loves tea. I have to say it really is a great mug, whether I am using it for loose tea, or with a tea bag. It has a nice lip on the cover, the infuser works great, it keeps my tea hot and it really feels comfortable in my hand. I am very particular when it comes to my Thermal mugs, in fact I have a cupb oard full of mugs that I have only used a couple of times because they don't keep my beverage warm, or don't feel good to drink from, not comfortable to hold on to...... but this one passed all the tests! The only thing I might have changed on this mug is maybe the color!

My granddaughter gave me the Copco Tea Thermal Green Travel Mug for Christmas. I took it to the place where I volunteer. It created quite a stir. My co-workers got one and now, we all enjoy our teatime breaks. Isolating the tea bag in the plastic strainer which is locked in the lid makes preparation very neat and you don't need to find a place to put the tea bag. The tea stays hot in the thermal cup. It is just a really delightful way to drink your tea. I love it.

I have used this mug with the infuser 5 times. After the third time I brewed loose leaf tea, I noticed the infuser had become cloudy, like the plastic was oxidizing. I was using water that was near boiling - but not quite - from the heated reservoir in my Bunn coffee maker. Since there were no warnings with the instructions concerning temperature extremes, I did not think this was wrong. I always use water this temperature to brew tea - and coffee. After the fifth use, I noticed the tea infuser had become warped and the sides were bulging outward. Now I am very concerned about the dangerous plastic compounds I may have consumed from this faulty product (See BPA, endocrine disruptors). I consider this a serious health concern. No stars, bad product. No wonder it's on such a great sale!
