Crock-Pot® Stainless Steel Slow Cooker - 5 qt. product details page

I bought this crock pot about 2 years ago. It was my first one ever, and it never worked right. I just thought I wasn't using it right, but everyone that saw it didn't know what was wrong with it. The ceramic bowl did NOT ever want to come out! My husband had to pry it out using tools & banging it against something! By this time it was to late to return. The crock pot itself worked fine, but cleaning it was impossible. If you buy this, make sure you can take it apart easily and put back to gether easily as well.

Wanted a mid sized crock pot and the more well known Rival brand was not in stock when we looked. The party we were attending was the same night, so I got this one instead. Placed already cooked soup on warm. Noticed the outside shell was very very hot within 10 minutes. Almost hot enough to burn a guest. 2 hours later the entire pot failed. Now it won't turn on at all. Bummer. Too bad Target only carries large and small sized crocks, 1 qt or 6-7 qt.

I received this crockpot as a wedding gift a couple of years ago. When I started using it, I noticed it burned everything when I put it in for the suggested cook times. The first time I made crockpot lasagna in it, it had completely turned to mush in the alloted time. I now cook everything on low and leave it in for no more than 4 hours. Even frozen meats and roasts are cooked in 4 hours!

I used the Wedding Gift Registry for my cousin who was getting married in another state. The entire process of selecting a gift to shipping the gift was so easy. It was gift wrapped with a card and received by the bride and groom in a very short time. A great way to shop for someone who lives a distance away. Thanks.

I'm glad I read the instructions prior to using since I'm not well-versed with crock-pot cooking. I've been pleased with the meals prepared in this appliance (most of which I've taken from the recipes that come with it).

I recently purchased the 5 quart Stainless Steel Slow Cooker from a friend's wedding registry at Target. All I had to do on the Target website was select "Gift Registries" and it walked me through the process. Within about 3 minutes I had browsed through the bride and groom's list of desired gifts. I clicked on the gift I wanted to purchase and it was sent with a gift card and my personal message. You can't get much better than that! I shopped for a gift I knew the couple wanted, paid for it, had it shipped, from my home, without spending additional money on gas, and the whole time I was wearing my pajamas! Thank you Target!

I received this crock pot when I got married and it saved my life and my husbands. It was so nice to through everything in the morning and by night have an amazing meal. My husband thought I was such a good cook. When his cousin got married I had to get them this crock pot. Its the best thing in my kitchen!
