the base looks cheap and feels cheap. the lamp has more of a inexpensive chrome finish than brushed nickel.the "crystal" of the lamp is actually seemingly cheap PLASTIC balls.not at all what i was hoping for.but to end on a positive note- the shade is really pretty.I RETURNED THESE LAMPS.

I bought two of these lamps for our nightstand, they look absolutely fantastic. They look just like the photo from target site. I realize this isn't real crystal or anything, but you can't beat the price. Plus, i personally like the way this one looks way better than any other 100% crystal lamp stands i've seen. This lamp is a steal!

This lamp is great, I bought two for my bedroom and they work great. When I was shopping in the store a week or two after I bought the lamps I found an accidentally matching set of curtain rods and tiebacks. The two together really finished the look I was going for. Couldn't be happier.

This lamp has the style of a more expensive designer brand but the quality is definitely lacking. The chrome base does not have the weight it should and the lamp shade is a bit cheap looking. I've replaced the lampshade with a more expensive one from [a designer furniture store] and it made a huge difference. otherwise, a great looking base for the price.

I have this lamp place upon my desk next to my laptop. It looks incredible. I really appreciate the glass bulbs as well as the chrome accents. The shade is even dazzling as well. I looked around for lamps of this caliber on other stores, there version sells way over .00. I am pleased with my purchase and will be incline to purchase a second lamp with future purchases.

The shade is the perfect color. We have only had ours for a week now so not sure about the other comments with regards to the base. It feels like glass and not plastic. It looks like a very expensive lamp and goes great on our bedroom night tables.

We have 2 of these lamps on each side of our bed. We paid full price for them about a year ago. From afar, both turned off & on, they are beautiful. However, when you get close up to them the shiny chrome looks cheap, and the balls (which are hollow plastic) have become foggy. They have collected dust inside of them over time, and there's no way to get them crystal clear again. For the price we paid, we're disappointed, but at least, only we see them close up.

This is NOT a "Crystal Table Lamp." It's not even glass. It's more like a heavy duty clear plastic. While it's still an attractive lamp, I would not have paid this much for plastic.

The "crystal" balls were plastic, and a bit cloudy unfortunately. The base was a very shiny crome, I mistakenly thought it would be a little more brushed. The shade is beautiful and a generous size lamp. It just didn't meet the expectations with the price.

Very classy, and just the color I needed. Only way it could be better: Many lamps of this style have solid glass/crystal balls with hole down the middle for the cord. This one is hollow balls. Not a big difference, but it would make it look expensive if it were solid glass.
