I was really excited to receve my pasta maker so that my daughter and I could start making fresh pasta. It arrived today and we were completely disappointed to find out that this "complete set" we received does NOT match the item we thought we were getting. Both the item description and the bulleted points below it claim that this item comes with cutters for SIX thicknesses of pasta, when in reality it only has two. Less importantly, the description claims it has a "wood grip handle," which is actually plastic. I feel like I was tricked into purchasing this item from Target, when I could have gotten the exact same thing from a local store, for exactly the same price, without having to wait for it to be shipped. Very disappointed in Target.

This item is exactly what I had hoped it would be. I think that if a buyer is not completely happy with it, it may be they should have read the directions first. It should be oiled with a non toxic oil before & after use and your dough should not be wet and sloppy and it works perfectly. Never immerse in water. clean only as directed. The price is outstanding!! I highly recommend this item..

Being Italian, we make a lot of homemade pasta. This pasta maker broke halfway into the first batch of pasta. The construction is very poor and the parts do not line up properly. My husband is handy and tried to fix it, to no avail. I would definitely not recommend buying this product.

No need to buy this item. I bought this pasta maker online, had to pay for shipping, only to find out that it was not made well. The attachments rusted easily with water exposure, and the pasta slicer never rotated and cut properly. Only the dough flattening attachment worked correctly. It was a disappointment.

The pasta machine has definitely made making noodles for my family easier! For the past 38 years I have either hand-cut or used a circular noodle cutter to cut noodles, which was time consuming. This machine has definitely made the whole noodle making process more enticing and less cumbersome.

I was basically looking for a machine that would help me to make evenly thick dough for ravioli. My surprise was that the attachment for fettucine and angel hair pasta was included! It is easy to use, IF YOU READ THE MANUAL. I have seen sevveral reviews about this Pasta Machine that clearly indicate that the buyers did not read the very small manual with instructions and suggestions for its use. My wife and I are impressing our daughters with the pictures we send them of the different varieties of pasta we have made using this machine. I am very satisfied with the construction of this unit. It is made well; heavy duty. I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys TRULY "Home Made" food.

I enjoyed using this machine to make pasta at home. However, during the process an internal lock washer popped off the shaft rendering the machine useless until I made the repair. I expect the problem again because it appears to be a design flaw.

You get what you pay for. My Mom has an Imperia from Italy. [...]. I bought this cucinapro piece for a lot less and love it. If I was going to make pasta everyday like my mom, I might not buy this one but I don't. If you make pasta every once in a while and don't want to spend a fortune, this cucinapro piece will be great for you.
