I was sooooo excited to receive this chair but once I sat in it for more than 5-10 minutes, my back was killing me. The seat of the chair is slightly angled backward so your rear is sliding backwards and your knees are upward like a potato chip! The lumbar angle reminds me of airplane seating. I'm 5.2" and when I sit in this chair my toes are touching the ground but my heels are not, making the awkward discomfort even greater. Also the feeling you get when your sitting in the chair i s like you're going to fall backwards. SO DISSAPOINTED!!!! Returning it unfortunately.
