I had to order 11 panels for our house and thought I would have to spend several hundred dollars in order to find good blackout curtains. I saw these curtains as I was looking and although I worried a little because of the cheap price, I decided to get them. I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived. The panels remind me a little of hotel curtains, as they are white on the side facing the window, and really help to block out so much of the sun and drafts from our old windows. I did not have a problem getting the rod through the pocket and we used sturdy 1 inch rods. I would definitely recommend these to friends and family, and would also purchase them again for my own home. They do what they say they will do at a bargain price, and lookmore expensive than they are. Thanks Target!

We just moved into an apartment with single paned windows in the bedroom. Since it's summer time we were having a tough time keeping the room cool enough, the AC was working overtime. I figured I would try these to see if they helped any, and after trying them I went back for more for the rest of the apt! They do an absolutely wonderful job of blocking out the light AND sound! Now the cars driving past our window late at night don't sound like they're right by our heads! You can't beat the pric e, and they definitely do the job!

Thick curtain that keeps the room dark, the black color unexpectantly matched up nicely with the room's touches of black in some furniture. Looks expensive, well worth the price. Yay Eclipse for a great value!

I am using these for a home studio to keep some sound and light out and seperate the seating area from the rehearsal area. They do exactly what I hoped they would!

These curtains do a great job blacking out a room, and they're quite durable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality blackout curtains in a dark tone.

These really are eclipse curtains. We used them at a tradeshow on the side of our booth to conceal all items we had stored behind. They are of thick fabric and good quality. Our only qualm was how small the opening is for a rod. Thankfully we did not care much about aesthetics and we able to remove one of the seams, but these are not curtains to be used with a large curtain rod. But overall we are very please with this purchase.

These are very nice for what they cost. They have a nice texture and do block out a lot of light.

[...] They make a dramatic effect in our living room, plus keep out the cold and the heat. They are not a total blackout curtain but definitely darkens the room considerably. For a total blackout, you must attach them as close to the window as possible.

These curtains were inexpensive and completely covered the window in the bedroom. They are think and doubled paneled which make the sun stay out.
