So just before easter we purchased 4 of these TVs so far they were a snap to set up but the Auto Tuner took about an hour and 30 Minutes Cable TV. Now the next issue is one TV might need to be at Volume 10 and the others need to be at volume 30 each tv has different sound volume. All TV's after 10 - 30 min of viewing on a channel the screen will go black and the audio quits but the unit is still powered on.. So if you change the channel up and than back down again it will for some reason co me back on. We have tried different TV's and no issues on the same outlet and cable jack. We moved the TVs to different rooms and had the same Issues.. Kinda strange that all 4 TV's would come up with this problem. WE also added inline signal amp with no positive results. I will never purchase Element Product again..

This TV is great , I bought it for my daughters room so she can watch her movies in her room. We used an old blu-ray player that we had and telling you picture looks even better that a bigger TV that we have.

PROS Great Price for this size TV. TV arrived very quickly, set up was easy. I purchased this TV for use in my kitchen, so I don't miss the news while preparing dinner. CONS It was to sit on top of the fridge where it's predecessor did. However, I had to move it lower, as it has a distorted picture from that viewing angle. With the sound turned up to the max of 100, is sounds like it's only at 30. Luckily I had read the reivews and knew both of these issues may be a problem, so I had soluti ons ready. TV is now at counter height, and I added 2 computer speakers to boost the sound. However, I will not purchase another product of this name brand, as it cheaply manufactured.

Ok this tv was bought for my soon to be nine year old son, and once we hooked it up to his room we realized that you can not see the picture if you are sitting on the floor, or laying on the bed. If you have the tv in your kitchen in a room that it will be up high, and so will you it will be beautiful, but other than that don't waste your money! I am disappointed going to take it back to the store and find a better tv.

I purchased this item for use in my bedroom but was not happy with the image quality. I immediately returned it and upgraded to the VIZIO. Much better.

I bought this tv because of low price for 19 inch. Never heard of it before. I had it delivered to my home out of state and it arrived next day like I paid for, not like [...] sad to say, that was a great start. My brother likes only 1 tv name brand all his life, but when he opened and set it up, he connected TV to his TV Converter Box and Antena and kept it in his room LOL. He said it looks and sounds great. Now I have to buy me a TV for my bedroom LOL. I Pray the TV works for over a year with No problems like I have been reading others Complaints. I bought the 2 years Service Plan just in case and I hope I don't need to use it at all!

Got this HDTV for Xmas and it is excellent! First TV I have seen where the company is eco conscience! Kudo's to Element Electronics! No chemical smell, casing made from recycled plastic, EXCELENT picture, easy setup, superb sound quality, light weight, easy setup menu options! I could go on and on! What a company! Excellent fr the money, except IN-STORE IT is [$]! Still a savings! Will buy more f Elements products as the need arrises! Complaints about the LW LOW cost are unfounded! Thi s type of TV is built to last a short time, nt FOREVER!
