The Elite Platinum Buffet Server did its job well at my daughters' double high school and college graduation party. We had a taco bar and the appliance kept the taco meat, Mexican rice and re-fried beans sufficiently warm throughout the six hours of the open house. My only complaints are that the metal pans became slightly discolored after hand washing and the center plastic oval part in one of the lid handles came loose. In addition, the metal edge of the surround for the pans obscured the wor
d "Medium" on the temperature dial. I believe I will use this server again with or without the serving pans.
First let's start by saying delivery was quick, then this item was a life saver at my BBQ I had time to socialize with my guess and not worry about the food being cold or even burning. It was everything it said it was and more GREAT PRODUCT!
I was pleased with the product but a little disappointed with the warming pans. They seem to be thinner than my previous ones. But other than that was happy with the product.

We host a lot of get togethers. This server has worked great and holds a suprising amount of food. When I first looked at the holding pans they seemed small but have turned out to be more than adequate. No water required and very easy to use. Works great as a warming tray too. The pans cleaned up easy in the dishwasher.
