I love the look of this lamp but it lasted only 1-2 years before the entire thing stopped working. The switch mechanism became loose and irreparable. Disappointing. .
I love this lamp. It looks great! The only small complaint I have is that the shade was slightly damaged in 3 spots when I opened it up. I love the base though, so I will just find another shade and eventually replace it.
We purchased these lamps as a wedding gift for a close friend. My husband and I liked the design, and we looked forward to seeing them in the newlywed's new home. The couple has since informed us that the lamps were on of their favorite gifts. They also love the design and commented that they are well-made lamps. Maybe when we buy a home one day, we'll add them to our own space.

One arrived fine and the other, courtesy of Target's awful shipping/handling crew, arrived damaged. The box had clearly been crushed, not the lamp manufacturer's fault, and the shade frame was bent. The fact that the hole to attach the finial was drilled diagonally is pretty bad. The lamp was returned. The new one just arrived and t
his time, the frame of the spokes at the top of the shade don't all connect to the frame and the fabric is torn. Very disappointing and a huge waste of time and energy, not to mention [$].
I ordered four of these, i know a lot, i was going to use two in my bedroom and two in my living room. The base of the lamp is pretty nice, nothing exceptional, but nice. The lamp shades are very cheap looking and they come all dented from poor packaging. Out of the four, only one of the shades came with very minimal denting. I am returning two of them.

Customer service was prompt and helpful [..].Easy to assemble, looks expensive, works beautifully. I just didn't like the lampshade with which the lamp comes.
