Awful keyboard. Trying to dig up the receipt. Only plays 1 or 2 keys at one time. Forget about sliding your finger down the keys--keyboard doesn't know how to handle it.

We put fresh batteries in and my daughter played with it for all of 20 minutes before the keyboard stopped playing properly. The keys were not in tune and tones became increasingly distorted and warbled until they finally stopped sounding all together. Though my daughter is only 20 months and using the toy for fun I still wanted something that works and stays in tune. I took it back the next day. Very dissapointed.

This was given to my 7 year old for Christmas and he does have fun with it, but right out of the box 3 keys don't work and that is very frustrating to him. It is pretty cheaply made and I see my 7 or 2 year old breaking it very soon. We are returning it to the store. [...]

I got this for my 7 yr old dtr for Christmas and she was very disappointed! When we got it out of the box it played nothing but static. Very cheaply made, we returned and ordered another keyboard. I would not recommend getting this keyboard!

Put the batteries in, pressed the on switch, did not work. Checked the batteries over and over, nothing. Junk. Going back to the store.

Right out of the box 5 keys don't work. Great quality control First Act. After reading other reviews I'm not the only one who had this issue. I know you get what you pay for but this is ridiculous. I'm taking it back and getting a reputable brand. My kid isn't Mozart but I want to at least give him something that works correctly.

My toddler broke this the day after christmas. Very disappointing. It is cheaply made. But I guess you get what you pay for, huh?

My son just loves the piano...its his first and is having a blast. I think the thing missing that should be included is the plug in for the outlet for when the batteries run out. other then that great for the kids...oh and the stand for the music book...its in the picture from the instructions but its not included in the box.

Middle C is actually B flat. Why can't these cheap keyboards at least set that correct pitch for each key. Don't sound difficult to me, but I find this is the case for most of these keyboards. All I want is a small keyboard to use in the car or on a break to rehearse my tenor part for the chorus. I used to own a very old casio that was small with one speaker, but lost it. It was a great keyboard.
