Got rid of [..]and went to Media Streaming but still wanted the local channels for regular tv, hooked this antenna right into the tv and it immediately got about 10 channels. Had to work with it a little to get two channels that we really wanted, only channel missing is NBC so I will have to do a little rework. Excited with this one because we had the [...] antenna and couldn't get about three channels we wanted.

If it was a sunny clear day, the reception was fairly good, if there was a cloud in the sky or a breeze, the reception was terrible. For the price, this antenna was a piece of junk. I am much more satisfied with the cheap antenna we bought for our 2nd TV. Will be returning this antenna.

NBC came in for a second at 80 percent, then cut out completely. It got no reception for any channels and was worse than my rabbit ears that are held together with tape. For 5 extra bucks a month, I will get another cable box for my bedroom. You win o powerful cable company. For 41 dollars, you expect results immediately, but that was not the case. If it works for others, congratulations.

This antenna didn't work at all without power. With power it was almost as good as the cheap rabbit ears we already had.[...]

before we had an amplified antenna but it was just the two straight antennas and one curved one and we got about 10 channels, but with this one we get 20. I'm so excited to get CW philly, phl and fox 29!

I wanted to try using an antenna instead of renewing my satellite contract for two years by activating a new receiver for my new HDTV. Despite antennaweb showing that I should only receive 2 of my local channels because I am 28 miles away, I decided to try this antenna from my local Target store. I am pleasantly surprised to find that I receive ALL of my local channels (VHF and UHF) and their alternate broadcasts--without any tweaking or adjusting of the antenna, which sits on top of the TV cab inet. It is very inconspicuous and delivers a consistently great signal with almost no effort to set up--definitely a great deal!

We don't subscribe to any cable service, but we have a flat screen tv. We wanted to watch the world cup on abc, so we thought we would see what stations we got with an antenna. I bought this antenna and bunny ears from target to see how they compared. With the "amplified" antenna, we got 3 stations. After reading earlier reviews about people getting better reception with bunny ears, we tried those next. We couldn't believe it, but we got 28 stations with the bunny ears! So we will be returning this amplified antenna. It's hard to believe it's so bad and it's twice the price of the bunny ears!

It only picked up CBS

I bought this because the box said it won some award. I attached it to my Sony Bravia XBR, and only got 2 CBS channels. The TV is positioned next to a huge window. I live in Bellevue, WA, which is next to Seattle. I returned it and got a cheaper version from another brand, and got about a dozen HD channels.
