I've had this mat for 2 months, and it has not held up. Every time I use it, little flecks come off. I use it for yoga once a week, ab routine 3 times a week, and for stretching every day. This was my first time to buy a yoga mat, so I didn't really know what I needed. I plan to buy a much nicer mat next time.

I bought this for my mother-in-laws birthday and I want one for myself! Its my favorite color and the print on the mat is so organic- it's lovely.
