I bought this grill to assist with a diet I am on and I absolutely love it. I never knew how good grilled vegatables tasted, but I do now! We have cooked thick steaks, Salmon, Chicken, and about every vegatable you can think of on this grill and have been pleased with all of the results. The removable grill surface makes cleaning easy. One of the best features in my opinion is the grease drip pan. It slides in under the grill in a groove similar to a drawer. It sticks out the back of the grill which is where the grease drips. I am not a fan of trying to guage where the grease drip pan SHOULD be and with this one you just slide it in flush in the front and everything is perfect. I highly recommend this grill!

The panini grill isn't as well made as the foreman grills. The stainless is thin and the grill itself is smaller. Also the plates don't get as hot as other type panini grills. Good points are the grills are removable and the 3 yr warranty makes it worth a shot

I gave the George Foreman Panini grill to my wife as a Christmas present. Sandwiches are great, hamburgers are great. I cooked bacon on it this morning, 9 minutes on high heat. No mess.Clean up is super easy. Nice looking stainless steel (does not look cheap), good construction, great price. Only thing that woud make it better would be if there were a set of flat grilling plates so you could use it more as a griddle. I would recommend this item.

We received a gift card from Target as a Christmas gift and decided to use it toward the George Foreman Panini grill. This could have been a fatal mistake. [...]The first time we used it, I set the machine to preheat as directed in the instructions, and within two minutes, we smelled electrical and plastic burning odors, and the machine started to tick, not unlike a bomb, counting down to our inevitable doom. The front plastic plate release latch started to melt, and we unplugged the contraptio n and evacuated it outside. Now we are sitting in the depths of winter with all of the windows in our home open, attempting to purge the air of the toxic, odoriferous onslaught this evil appliance inflicted upon us. We'll be returning it before the night is through. This thing should come with a warning label, as stated in my title: WILL ATTEMPT TO SET FIRE TO YOUR HOME. [...]
