Got two EV9102 UV-C room sanitizers, one has been running for 11 months on the same bulb the second one is going on it's third bulb. the company states there is nothing wrong with the one eating up the bulbs. These bulbs are supposed to last 8000 hrs. I have researched this problem and have found that a defective power supply will cause this problem. The company won't exchange the unit.

Purchased for our workout room that also doubles as a guest room. This cleans to room quietly and quickly of odors following a workout. Good item for price. While I haven't opened up the unit yet, the info booklet says there is a filter. So, hopefully the 'filter-less' feature on the details is correct.

We received this product as part of our wedding registry. I was excited because I usually catch every cold and flu that comes around. My husband had a very nasty cold so I plugged the light in next to his recliner. I never caught the bug! Months later I had a hacking cough that I knew would gross-out my co-workers. I plugged the light in on my desk at work and no one ever caught my germs. My co-workers also seemed please at my intention to save them from germs. It is very quiet and makes a pret ty night light.We use the Germ light in our finished-in basement to combat stale odor and the threat of invisible mold. We are the owners of 2 stinky hound dogs and couldn't be happier about our decision to register for our "Nuclear Weapon" cootie killer!

I purchased this item, and the small outlet plug-in sanitizer, for our daycare. Do we ever know if it's working? I also found the company somewhat difficult to deal with. Overall impression of this product: It looks interesting, my kids are still just as sick, and the company's customer service has left a bad taste in my mouth.

This product has made such a differnce in the lives of my family and myself. We are very busy, what with school, work, sports, etc. We are constantly being exposed to millions of germs. We purchased two of the units, and the difference is amazing. The children are not coming down sick as often, and the amount of time they are out of school has been cut in half. I definitly feel like we are protected!!
