I bought 6 pairs last month and all the waistbands fell apart in the 1st wash....I have bought these in the past & that did not happen. The pairs I bought 2 years ago held up for a long time & are still wearable. I do hope the problem is corrected because I love this boyshort cut

I loved these when I first bought them but after one or two washes the waistband started coming apart, once that happened they wouldn't stay up. I was really disappointed as G&O pants are usually wonderful wash after wash after wash but these are a total miss. Don't waste your money on this style.

I absolutely love these underwear but they have a tendency to fall apart when they are washed. These are the most comfortable underwear I have ever owned. They don't ride up, they don't fall down, they don't pinch, and they don't bunch up. They feel soft against your skin and you don't see underwear lines through your clothes. Like another reviewer, I cannot afford to keep buying these because one wash wipes them out. [...]!

Great fit. Feels like you're wearing nothing. Hard to find boy shorts in plus sizes so I was so happy. But, when I washed them the waistbands unraveled. I clipped the loose threads and tried again but after the second washing the waistbands were completely gone, but the legbands held up. Had to get rid of them. [...]?

I agree with the first reviewer. These are very comfortable, but the waistband came apart after one wash. I bought several pairs, so I tried again and put them in a mesh wash bag for hosiery. It helped significantly but they still unraveled at the waistband a bit.
