I was looking for a Graco nuetral car seat and this is exactly what I wanted. easy to use and love the colors. Its hard to find a nuetral graco car seat so very happy i found this one at an affordable price.

Bought this particular one because I liked the color scheme and the price. Will be returning the fabric feels sticky and I didn't realize to tighten the baby into the seat you have to pull each strap through the back and the same to loosen. Not the greatest product that Graco makes!

Graco's entire line of Snugrides have always tested very high for safety, and are a customer favorite. This seat is no exception - it's a keeper. So, I'm baffled why another customer would give it ONE STAR. Regardless of whatever mistake Target might have briefly made with the product description, it is OBVIOUSLY an infant seat... and a very good one at that!
