We've been using Grandma El's with cloth diapers for over a year and loved it ... until they changed the ratios of the active ingredients. Now it takes 3-4 days to clear up a rash that used to clear up overnight. It's still a great remedy to use with cloth diapers, but not the "magic" salve that it used to be.

I have enjoyed using this product. It is natural, which is great, and has a pleasant smell. It isn't greasy and goes on easily. My baby has not had a diaper rash. It is cloth diaper friendly which is a huge plus!

I am in LOVE with this product! My daughter is 5 months old, and we have been a fan since she was a newborn. Heals and seals tender skin, and keeps skin integrity in tact! Smells delicious, without being "perfumey." Keeps my daughter's skin like velvet, while softening mine, too!

i love this stuff! works wonderful, and smells great. it stays on the skin very well. we use it on little rashes, and dry patches as well.

Excellent preventative (haven't had to treat diaper rash yet) and no repelling issues with my cloth diapers. I like the smell, though my husband does not.
