I had stray knives and this particular block worked out perfectly for what I had in my drawer. It doesn't take up a lot of room. Downside is that it isn't dishwasher safe, but i can live with that.

This is GREAT! It keeps the sharp knives safely tucked away and separates the rest of your drawer. The only "complaint" is that it's bigger than I thought it was. It takes up half of the drawer... but as it turns out, the knives were taking up a lot of space anyway. Now they're tucked away and safe.

Love this knife block. It holds all my big knives and most of my smaller knives. I no longer have to worry I'll cut myself when reaching for a knife! Plus it fits nicely in my kitchen drawer instead of being this huge thing on my counter/workspace. Wish I'd bought one sooner.

I bought one of these for myself in my local Target store. My sister saw it and now wants one for her home [...] it has taken my knife drawer from a big mess to fabulous. Works very well for my knives and since I didn't want a big knife block on my counter, it is perfect.

Although the idea of this item is great, I found it to be useless in my kitchen. Any knife you put on it would have to have a thick handle, because I tried my steak knives, which have thin handles, and they fell through. Plus, I didn't realize there are only 6 slots for steak knives...I have a set of 8. What do I do with the other two? I tried putting smaller knives with thicker handles in it, but unfortunately, the small knives fall through, as well. Practical, I guess, if you have no knife bl ock, but not great as additional knife organization to your current knife block.
