i bought this heater for my boyfriend's room. His room is fairly small and I chose this heater because it does not take up much space and could easily be put under a chair, out of the way. It kept the room warm and worked very well for about 2 weeks... Unfortunately, the plug burned out. Maybe it was just this particular heater because everyone else does not seem to have this problem. In any case, I will be returning. Good while it lasted!

I purchased because my office building is freezing, now I'm nice and toasty, just the way I like it. It's small and doesn't take up too much space.

even though this is a small heater, it heats up the room quick and makes it nice and cozy. i love the fact that it is cool to the touch because i have two kids under two and i know they wont get burnt if they touch it. i reccommend it to everyone.

I waited until the end of winter to rate this heater, should it bonk out on me in the mean time. I live in Southern Florida, and we refuse to turn the AC heating system on, but there have been nights where it hits freezing point, so our house is in the 50s at times. It heats well, since it is a ceramic heater it takes time to heat the room (mine is 9 x 10 ft) but it keeps the room at the temperature desired for as long as you want. My estimate is I feel the edge off the cold in about 30 minutes . I got a top rated heater before this that I hated, it was a fan forced heater and very noisy. So I got a ceramic heater and love it. Albeit it requires a fan to push the heated air away from the heater, I got used to the white noise of it the first night, and it turns off and on quietly. I would describe the noise level as much lower than a standing fan, but a little noisier than a laptop fan. Be sure to change the direction of your ceiling fan to push the hot air that accumulates at the ceiling down to you, and you will be very comfortable throughout the time you have this small heater on. It heats so well, that I have woken up in the middle of the night because the room was so warm, I had to turn the temperature dial down.No complaints about the heater, well worth the money.

I live in North Florida and it's been a pretty cold winter so I finally broke down and bought this heater. [...] I caved in and bought this one at the store. [...]Well, at the highest setting it doesn't emit heat beyond 8 inches from the grill because I practically had to put my feet and hands up to the grill to feel any heat. Bought it today, returning it tomorrow and I RARELY return items. [...] the brand and product are not worth the money.[...] Pro: Cool exteriorCon: Doesn't heat well...AT ALL.

We bought this heater to heat up our 1-year old's room. We were so nervous about using a heater with all the stories about fires and faulty space heaters. We have had this heater about a month now and have had no problems with it. We live in an older home and the insulation is poor. This heater heats wonderfully and quickly. It also has an option that, once the room reaches your ideal temperature, it can be set to turn on/off intermittently to maintain that temperature. We tried the heater in o ur living room/dining room/kitchen combo but it doesn't heat quite as well in that room. It heats the immediate area, but that's it so we would not recommend this heater for something larger than a bedroom. We also did see an increase in our electricity bill, but nothing compared to refilling the propane tank to heat the house.

I actually ordered this item offline and when I got the package in the mail I was puzzled how small it was! It was smaller than my laptop. I was a bit hesitant but I decided to plug it in and give it a try. This little thing is powerful! It heats up our bedroom really well. In fact, I have to get up and turn it off because it gets so hot in the room! And we don't have the heater on and we live in the northeast. It's def. worth the value. [...] I think it's worth every penny. There are two switc hes on top. On the left hand side you can either choose fan or heat. So you can use this during the winter time! and on the right hand side you can cloose the level. I highly recommend this item. I will admit that it is a bit loud, sort of what it sounds like when there's a fan on but it's nothing annoying

Don't let it's size fool you... this little heater actually puts out serious heat. I move it from room to room every hour & my whole home is cozy. I bought the last one on the shelf & I'm ordering four online.
