I bought this frame to hang some hometown pictures in a classroom at church. I ordered these on line thinking they would be ok. It turned out so much better than expected, sturdy, very nice looking on a neutral background. Lots of compliments!

I purchased this frame to put a beautiful picture of me and my daugher in it. It was a normal size picture that I had blown up to a 16x20 picture perfect poster.

I bought this item in the store, so I didn't have to worry about shipping. I've never had any luck with ordering frames online and their shipping, so I didn't even bother. The frame itself is plain, but beautiful. I took the matting out and put a 16x20 picture in it and it really just looks great hanging on the wall. Very good quality. One of the only places I could find a good looking 16x20 frame.

I didn't have to deal with the shipping problems that other reviewers have had (purchased in store), which may explain why I love these frames. They are well-built and easy to disassemble for photo-placement. You can't even tell that there are two plates of glass holding the photo in place - although I would exercise some caution, these frames ARE heavier than normal 16x20s because of the extra glass.

This floating frame is just what I was looking for. I was skeptical about ordering it after reading the other reviews, but my order arrived very promptly. The only problem is in the packaging and shipping. I ordered 6 frames and had to return two due to damage during shipping. The frames were poorly packed, no extra protection on corners. I am surprised more frames were not damaged. I am now reordering two more frames and hoping they arrive intact. Well....the two frames arrived today and....su rprise!!!!BOTH were damaged! Poor, poor packaging. I now am returning and reordering two more frames. I called the Target representative, but he was unable to help with the packaging issue. So once again I will order two more frames and hope they are not damaged when they are delevered. So far it's a 50-50 chance!!

But the next frame arrived with the wood split and cracked at the corner ... more damage. Even if it wasn't damaged, it didn't have the white mat and would only hold a 16x20 photo snug against the frame. No space for matting anyway - the description is misleading. Save your time and don't order.

Hi, I have been having the same experience as the previous reviewer. I ordered the frame in July and waited anxiously for it. When the last possible day for it to arrive passed, I called and found out that somehow, the order had been cancelled by the computers. So, I had to reorder it in September. Then, I received an email in October saying that there was a delay with the order and that I should get it by November 29... I still haven't received the frame. :(

Hopefully I will be able to rate this item a 5 but for now it get s 2 to reflect the service of Targets online system. I ordered this item all the way back in Sept. (it is now almost Dec.) and I have been anxiously awaiting its arrival ever since. I have three times now been sent an email notifying me that my order will come in another month, the latest informing be that it will arrive Dec. 17th, (only 3 months after I ordered it!), and I am shocked to look on Targets website today and see tha t it still says the product will come in 2-6 weeks. I have no doubt that when this product finally arrives it will be lovely, but do not be deceived by your shopping cart tells you, it is doubtful you will receive this item in 2-6 weeks as it informsI am at 11 weeks and counting
