The rotating balls tickled at first but you sort of have to put a bit of pressure on the massager for it to really work but not a big deal. This feels so nice when my feet are tired and achy after work. The heat is nice for winter!

It's a quite nice and useful machine. When I feel the soreness in my feet, i used it. It indeed soothe my painful feet a little. Plus it got the thermal function. It felt warm and even more comfortable.
