This heater will heat up a room in a fair amount of time and keep it warm even if you have it on the lowest setting. This heater does not get hot or anything if you use it although the cord may get hot after a while. I got this heater half price for [$] at Target a few days ago and yesterday it broke on me. I only used it for a brief amount of time each day just to heat up the room for approximately 3 days and it broke. The power indicator would light up but the control panel would not work no matter how I pushed it. It would occasionally come on and off flickering on and off. Basically I think the control panel area is defective so I will be bringing it back and getting a better model. Overall Good price, nice heat, bad build quality.

My heater broke in my apartment. I need something safe and effective, this heater does that well. It was 32 degrees outside and 50 degrees in my apartment. I needed something quick so I bought this heater. I loved the fact this has a cool to touch outside and a tip over sensor. I was able to heat my 64 Sq. Ft with vaulted ceilings bedroom along with my attached 27 Sq. Ft bathroom. I had the heater's temperature set to 70. It was able to maintain this temperature constantly throughout the night . The added bonus is the heater's energy savor feature. When this is turned on you can set the temperature and it will only come on when the room goes below that. I am impressed, happy and warm.

I bought one of these for the bedroom, and am taking it back. The bedroom wasn't warmed by it at all, no matter what temperature it was on, and there are only a few temperature choices. The only way to stay warm is to sit in front of it. The temperature controls are located at the bottom, on the side, which is inconvenient. The box pictures the temperature controls, making it look like a remote, which is misleading, as there's no remote. There's no way to control if the temperature is on high o r low. The machine makes that decision based on which of the few temperatures you choose. It was quieter than a tower heater, but still makes enough noise that it could be heard from outside the door, with the door shut. It was a waste of money, and I don't recommend it to anyone.

Very quiet and heats well. I'm using it in a large basement rec room as supplemental heat and it's working great. A very good alternative to more costly [...] and [...] models that cost [...] more. Best feature - Quiet. Worst feature - Temp setting is located on lower right side, would be much more convenient if moved to the top.
