I am very, very disappointed with it. I received this item as a gift, if not I would certainly return it and buy a totally different kind of travel coffee mug. This cup has several design flaws in my opinion; #1 because of the double insulation it's capacity to hold liquid is quite small for a travel mug. #2 The outside of the mug gets dangerously hot while its contents do not stay hot/warm for long (even with the lid on). #3 The lid is very thin and was permanently stained almost immediately. I 'm afraid that it will soon tear since it is seems so fragile. #4 The inside of the mug has developed a small crack and coffee is seaping in between the insulation, so much so that when I shake the cup I can actually hear the liquid swishing around in it. #5 It leaks, it leaks alot. #6 Because the exterior ceramic is not finished or glazed it also gets easily marked, scuffed and isn't that comfortable to hold. To be honest the only thing in its favor is that it looks so stinken cool, but that is not good enough for how expensive these seem to be on the various online stores I researched. It is just not worth it.

Packaging is everything...

Yes, neat looking, but does NOT keep anything hot, my tea is lukewarm in 10 min. if I don't superheat to begin with. The only pro is being able to reheat it in the micro.

LOVE it!

Love the cup- I have had one for over a year now. The white lid does stain. There are sites to buy an extra (black) lid and to also purchase a wrapallates sleeve. The outside of the cup does have a weird texture and does get hot so the wrapallate drink sleeve helps tons and make this super cute cup EVER cuter on my desk!

Cheaper at Target than online

I got this at Target and it didn't come in a box that says I am not a paper cup. It had a tag/rubber band around it, and that's it. PLUS AT TARGET IT WAS ONLY $!!!I agree that it doesnt hold as much as it looks like it might, but it holds enough. I agree that the silicone lid does smell/taste funny, but i am hoping that will go away after a few washes. It's not bad enough to ruin the coffee. My daughter used it for hot chocolate and didn't say anything about the lid, and she notices stuff like that and would stop drinking it if it was a problem. My lid is not flimsy at all, I agree that the outside is not glazed so it is a bit awkward to hold but it's not uncomfortable, just takes some getting used to.As a new coffee drinker (started at age 31!), this makes my morning coffee experience fun and exciting. I don't think my coworkers have caught on yet, they probably think i am weird filling up a paper cup every morning that is nothing like the paper cups in the break room. This seems like a cute gift. I am considering getting them for some members of my extended family who I only see once a year at Xmas and are hard to shop for.

I bought this cup for my husband who drinks coffee on-the-go. He really likes it! One problem is trying to get the stains off the lid. Still beats having disposble cups in a landfill.

I had purchased my "not a paper cup" somewhere else, but this is $ cheaper. I LOVE my cup. I get compliments on it all the time. Since its reheatable, its very convenient. The lid stays on well and is a sturdy silicone material. The only thing I've been a little annoyed by is how hot it is to hold. Once the liquid is in the cup for a while, it becomes very hot. Fortunately, when its that hot to hold, usually its also too hot to sip anyway.

The rubber lid needs to be better made...

Initially I was happy about ordering this product because it's super cute but unfortunately I can only give it 1 star. The rubber lid on my cup was not a tight fit so it tended to leak when I'd take a drink; I kept having to re-adjust it. The rubber around the sip hole area was also very thin; it actually tore as I was handwashing it with a sponge! Considering the price I paid, I expected the lid to be of better quality. I would've rated this product the full 5 stars otherwise; I'm very disapoi nted.

The cup is nice but when I reieved it, the soft plastic lid had a couple of black marks on it, one of them being on the part of the lid where the drinking hole is. I tried everything to get off with no success. Other than that, it's cool.

Neat cup
