It is well made and has solid material. If you have large hips, high behind it will be sloppy on you. Only for the very thin or it will look messy.

The material is very thick. It fit me very strangely - they only had a size bigger than I normally wear, but it almost fit like a bubble skirt. I ended up taking it back.
