in spite of some of the reviews i took a chance and ordered these chairs...mistake! i got one of the batches where the holes are drilled in the wrong places so the legs are rendered useless.

I purchased 5 30" bar stools from the store a year ago. Decided I needed one more and had to order online as unable to purchase at the store any longer. I have had no problems with one purchased at the store but the one I ordered online arrived today with the leg broken. Have not tried to return to the store but hopefully I won't have any problems. I ordered another chair online today so hopefully that one does not arrive broken.

I laughed at first until I realized I wasn't missing pages. Took about 2 hours total to assemble the chairs. They're quite sturdy. A really good value for the price.

Only purchase these stools if you can pick them up at the store. I'm having a terrible experience dealing with Target after I ordered 2 on the internet. One is fine, the other has BIZARRE DEFECTS - splintered wood, holes not carved out correctly, etc. The size of the boxes makes it really difficult to return to the store or bring to UPS like they're making me do. If I want UPS to pick it up, I have to pay for it. And I got put on hold for an hour after asking to speak to a supervisor.

We ordered 8 of these chairs and love them. They look great in our dining room and are very comfortable. Two of the eight were more difficult to assemble. On one of the chairs the threads stripped and the other chair the wood stripped. This finish is nice, but the wood is not a hardwood.

I purchased these stools for a kitchen counter. When I got them, however, they were too short (bad measuring on my part). I loved them so much that I purchased a pub dining table and put these chairs in my dining room. They are very sharp looking. Nice fabric. Easy to put together, and look much more expensive than they cost. Way to go Target!

Sturdy, modern, and the right choice! Simple to assemble - bought 3 and had them all together within an hour and a half. 10 total bolts to assemble, 6 screws to hold the seat on and 6 screws to hold the bottom rails to the legs. Great look at an awesome price. Thanks Target!

Bought two of these stools for a breakfast bar since it looked like the one in a model luxury apartment. They are beautiful, very classy and very solid. Easy to put together, and were delivered sooner than estimated - right to our front door. We have received many compliments on them. A good value for a classy look!

I usually don't write reviews, but I have to share that these are VERY nice stools. We received them yesterday, and we were able to easily put them together. It takes a little time to assemble them, but we had no problems. Once they were together, they look fabulous, and they are quite comfortable. I highly recommend this product.
